Drop Bear Custom Service Policy

Begin with Drop Bear, we offer custom services to help you create personalized, one-of-a-kind products that reflect your style and preferences. Please review the following guidelines for our custom service:

Custom Service Details

Personalization Options:

  • Customers can customize specific aspects of the knife, including text, patter, handle, color, blade and more (as applicable).
  • Available options will be displayed on the product page.

*Note: At this time, we are only able to offer custom product services to customers within the United States. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and hope to expand our offerings to additional regions in the future. Thank you for your understanding!

Order Confirmation:

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days, including your custom request details.
  • Please review it carefully and contact us immediately for any corrections. If we don’t receive a response within 2 business days, we’ll proceed with production as previewed, and no further changes will be accepted.

Production Time:

  • Custom products require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page or during checkout.
  • Typically, this additional processing time is 3-5 business days. Expedited processing is not accepted.

Shipping Time:

  • All Custom-made orders will be shipped from our factory.
  • It estimate takes 10-20 working days to delivery your knife.

Custom Product Policy

  • Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:
    • Custom products are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of:
      • Defects in workmanship or materials
      • Errors made by Drop Bear during production
  • Order Changes or Cancellations:
    • Changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • After the customization process begins, and changes cannot be accommodated.
  • Quality Guarantee:
    • We ensure that all custom products are crafted with care and meet high-quality standards.
    • If there is a defect or issue with your custom product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.

How to Report Quality Issues with Custom Products

  • Contact our support team at service@dropbear.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide:
    • Your order number
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
  • Our team will evaluate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

*Note: After-sales requests for changes to custom details will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of customization details before submitting your order.
  • Understand that slight variations in color or design may occur due to the nature of custom production.
