Refund Policy

At Drop Bear, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines carefully.

Returns (U.S. Orders Only)

We proudly guarantee your purchases from Drop Bear. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • The knife and outer box must be in new and unused condition.
  • Used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled any time before they are shipped.
  • Returns are only applicable to regular-priced items and not valid for special offers or custom products.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at service@mydropbear.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the unused knife and the outer box
  2. Allow up to 5 business days for return approval.
  3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

Refund Timeline:

  • Returns will be processed within two weeks of receiving your item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of processing.
  • A $5 deduction will be made from your refund to cover return shipping.

Note: Additional charges may apply for returns with damaged or missing items.

Returns (International Orders Only)

We accept international returns with the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
