1. Where do you ship custom knives?
Right now, our custom knives are available for U.S. customers. If you're outside the U.S., shipping depends on the product release and where we can deliver. (Sometimes, factors like strikes, bad weather, or world events might mess with shipping—life happens!)
2. How can I customize my knife?
Easy! Use our customization tool on the product page to design your knife just the way you want it. The rest? That’s where your amazing creativity comes in—let your imagination run wild!
3. What customization options are available?
Currently, you can laser engrave your blade with text or patterns. More customization options—like handle colors, blade materials, and thumb stud colors—are in the works. Stay tuned for more ways to make your knife truly yours!
4. Can I cancel my custom order?
Custom orders are final once production starts—no take-backs! You have 1-2 business days after placing your order to review and confirm your design. If you need to cancel, that’s your window! After that, we’re off to the races, and changes won’t be possible.
5. How long will it take to receive my custom knife?

U.S. orders: Arrive in 8-15 business days
- Non-US orders: Arrive in 20-30 business days
6. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my custom knife?
Custom knives are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake. If there’s a quality issue, we’ll make it right. However, we can’t accept returns for:
